What we collect

When you design and order, we collect what you give us: your wording, the photos, logos or artwork you upload, your name, email, phone, and shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Only to design, print and ship your order, to contact you about it, and to answer your questions. Your design and order details are shared with our print partner so they can produce and ship your order.

AI design

Snap, our AI designer, is powered by a third-party AI service. The wording and images you share with Snap are sent to that service to create your designs.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use your photos or artwork for anything other than your order without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for reprints, taxes and our records. Ask us anytime to delete your designs or information.
